On [REDACTED] I exited the postal vehicle at [REDACTED] heading towards the cluster box when I tripped on a divot or raised area and tripped and twisted my left foot ankle. I contacted my supervisor of the injury by phone. I told him I would try and finish my assignment. When I returned to the post office I gave a written statement on the injury to the supervisor on duty.
