What happened
Working the [REDACTED] rockpile attempted to lift a bundle of U-Line flats to throw in the parcel hamper and bent my upper arm and wrist in the wrong direction because of the weight causing severe pain in my shoulder under my right arm down to my finger. As weeks went on the pain went away. During the weeks of [REDACTED] as I started to move my arm more while throwing flats and letters the pain has come back and I would like to get my arm and shoulder checked out.
