Closing rear door of vehicle stepped back and fell.
What happened
On [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] a City carrier drove back to the station and informed management that he had hurt his lower back and his leg. This accident happened at approx. 4100 [REDACTED] of [REDACTED] around [REDACTED] [REDACTED] mentioned that the back of the [REDACTED] door had felt a little tight when he was trying to pull it down he attempted to pull it close again and that is when the [REDACTED] door broken rollers broke off at the top of the door. Employee fell and hurt his back and leg.
