What happened
On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] Carrier stepped out of my vehicle at the address of [REDACTED] and landed in a small hole in the ground. As I landed on the hole with my right foot my ankle twisted and my boots tore which made me fall to the ground. In pain I laid on the ground and immediately called Ms. [REDACTED] and told her the situation. As I was laying on the ground. a nearby bystander drove by and asked if I was okay and assisted me back to my feet. I limped across the lawn and delivered my parcel for the location and got back to my parcel for the location and got back to my truck to wait for Ms. [REDACTED].
