What happened
A Maintenance employee was responding to a call on [REDACTED] at the end stacker of the machine by the aisle used by employees to move equipment. A 2nd employee was transporting an APC from the neighboring [REDACTED] machine #10 to a staging area. The maintenance employee was in a squatted position while working on the back of [REDACTED] and was struck on her left side in her hip back area in which she then yelled due to the pain from the strike. She was accompanied by a fellow maintenance employee during the call who was on the other side of the machine. He did not see the accident happen but he did hear her reaction from the accident.
