What happened
Employee came into my office and told me that he needed to leave and go to the doctor. I asked what happened. He said when he was moving furniture and throwing it into a dumpster downstairs he hurt his back. I asked him if he heard a pop or something and he said that he did not. He said it was just in a lot of pain now that they were finished and he wanted to go to the doctor to have it looked at. I asked him to please provide me a full statement as soon as possible detailing the incident and what happened.
