Employee strained right side pushing a pallet of water over a raised area and slipped and fell onto her right side as well.

SLIP TRIP FALL - On [REDACTED] custodian was using a pallet jack to move two pallets of water delivered to the equipment room by the elevator. In the process of moving the pallets the employee was attempting to push the pallet over a speedbump hump in the equipment room resulting in losing her footing causing her to fall on her right side. During the fall the employee felt a strain possible pulled muscle as well as a burning feeling in her right side. Employee was in proper footwear and medical was sought.
