At approximately [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] I was approached by a mail handler. He informed me that custodian wasn’t feeling well but didn’t want anyone to know. He was lying on the floor in front of dock door 11. I immediately called Manager. When I approached him he was getting off the floor but was sweating and not looking well. I asked him what was wrong and he said it was acid reflux. Manager approached and talked him into sitting at the Expeditor’s desk and we provided him with cold water to drink. After watching him for a few minutes we asked how he was feeling and he said that he felt like he had run a marathon. He still wasn’t feeling any better so we talked him into giving us permission to call the paramedics around [REDACTED]. I contacted [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] and she came to the back dock to assist. The paramedics arrived at the same time as the [REDACTED]. They conducted an EKG and transported employee to [REDACTED] around [REDACTED]
