On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] Regular carrier was struck by a POV making a right turn at the corner of [REDACTED] The carriers right side was hit by the hood of the POV. The carrier returned to the office with no visible injury but he desired to file a claim and seek medical attention. The information on the driver of the vehicle is limited due to carrier not reporting this immediately to a supervisor and afford a proper investigation. Employee claims to have reported the accident to the NYPD and will pick up the report upon completion.
