What happened
Employee was driving truck 755390 during work he pulled the rope to close the back door of the 2-TON truck when he felt a sharp pain on his right shoulder. Then he continued the day using his opposite arm for relief. Throughout the day the pain will appear and the employee went to buy a shoulder brace to try and keep it in place but he still had discomfort when moving his arm around.
