Repairing Lift

On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED]. Employee responded to a call on the back dock to dock door 5. Upon investigating the issue at hand employee noticed the dock the dock plate wasn 't kicking out. while troubleshooting he had employee to push the button to raise the dock plate so he could examine. While investigating he noticed the dock plate didn 't extend. He then got down on his knees to examine closer and the air bag exploded causing the dock plate to slam down catching his right foot. He was then taken to the hospital by SMO to [REDACTED] hospital on [REDACTED]
