TTO was found at the steering wheel parked and unresponsive by postal inspectors. Postal Inspectors called [REDACTED]. Postal Inspectors contacted Dispatch Dispatcher [REDACTED]. Dispatch notified Transportation Manager [REDACTED] at [REDACTED]. Paramedics arrived onsite at [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] [REDACTED] was still unresponsive. [REDACTED] [REDACTED] was taken to Grady Hospital and pronounced deceased at a later time.
