Was unloading Retail Good boxes from Igloo unto pallets. Went to lift a box (55 pounds) to put on pallet and I heard and felt my shoulder area (Deltoid) in particular kind of make a weird noise and then immediately felt my shoulder start to hurt and at that point was barely unable to lift anything.
