What happened
Assess on patient 's ability to navigate stairs in order to return home. Unable to take a step down due to fatigue I am going down I need to sit. Therapist utilized full strength to prevent a fall and hold patient up. Patient sat on therapist 's legs while maintaining a squat position. 2nd therapist hit staff assist button. 4 staff members to get patient safely down stairs.
Injury or illness
Nicole (Nikki) noticed some lower back and neck tension after event. Bilateral lower back and upper trap tension. Given lifting restriction on same day advised lift no more than 10 pounds with the upper body until September 3rd.
