Duties of Laborer Custodian

What happened

A mail handler found Supervisor Maintenance Operations stating custodian was in the cafeteria and looked sick. Both went to the cafeteria and found the custodian with his head hanging low. Supervisor Maintenance Operations asked if he was ok and custodian stated he wasn’t feeling well. Supervisor Maintenance Operations noticed he was trembling and looked pale. The mail handler asked custodian if he had an inhaler and custodian responded he did and already used it but it was not helping. Supervisor Maintenance Operations then asked if custodian wanted an ambulance and custodian looked up at him but did not say anything. Supervisor Maintenance Operations asked custodian a series of questions including had custodian drank water today which custodian responded he didn’t remember the last time he had water. Supervisor Maintenance Operations told custodian that he was going to call him an ambulance. Custodian requested to wait for the ambulance at Supervisor Maintenance Operation
