At approximately [REDACTED] I was loading my postal vehicle in the parking lot. My vehicle was not parker in my assigned parking space. I was moving my hamper from the front left door to the back of the vehicle. I did not see the parking bumper at the back of my vehicle and I tripped over it and landed on left hand and buttocks. My left arm above my wrist immediately started hurting and I am unable to move my fingers. I had a co-worker get a supervisor while I stayed where I had fallen until they came out.
