TTO driver [REDACTED] stated on [REDACTED] he was operating tractor [REDACTED] and pulling trailer [REDACTED] headed westbound on [REDACTED]. Mr. [REDACTED] stated he was cut off by a driver in a red or burgundy four door sedan license plate [REDACTED] at the traffic light. The driver of the sedan got out of his vehicle and displayed a gun while cursing at Mr. [REDACTED]. The driver then got back in his car as the light changed and proceeded westbound on [REDACTED] towards Airways. Mr. [REDACTED] stated that before he could get over the hill to the traffic light at [REDACTED] and Airways [REDACTED] the driver of the sedan was parked on the right hand side of the street before the intersection. The driver of the red sedan did a U-turn in the middle of the intersection at [REDACTED] and Airways got out of his vehicle and approached the MVS tractor at the driver 's door.
