What happened

Per employee statement: on [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] I was delivering packages on static [REDACTED]. The main roads were wet and safe. The back roads however were all ice and it was misting raining creating a very slick road. I turned west onto [REDACTED] off of [REDACTED] my delivery was on the west side of the road. I opened my window went to deliver the package and dropped it. I pulled up turned my truck off engaged my emergency brake and walked out of the truck to pick up the package. I slipped tried to catch myself and fell on my back mostly left side. I verbally laughed because i have not fell in over 30 years. Got up and delivered the package and returned to my truck. I was stunned how quickly it all happened. I decided i was ok and finished my last 5-6 packages. I returned to my office after [REDACTED] and told my supervisor what happened. He explained that i should go to be seen and i said i was ok and feeling fine. When i woke up [REDACTED] i was having difficult
