On [REDACTED] the transporter came to me and the other supervisor to tell us that when she was pushing the tug down the tug caught her left ankle on the round part of the tail. Her left ankle had broken before. Her was wearing an ankle brace on her left ankle when this accident happened. She also mentioned sudden pain in her left ankle and food. She took an early out that day. She could still walk nearly normally. She hasn 't provided any doctor 's note or medical documentations.
