Before the incident
comming back from lunch i did my usual routine of setting up my machine. i grabbed a pallet and went on ready to wrok.
What happened
i was on my machine i repositioned the totes on my pallet i noticed i needed one more tote so i went to get off my machine but as i stepped down my other foot got caught in the spaces of the pallet as i fell i twisted my leg and now my knee hurts.
