Standing on a ladder
What happened
Was standing on ladder to troubleshoot a c unit though a small access panel. On the way down the ladder I lost footing and jerked twisted my body to catch and grip the open access panel in order to not fall. Office space was being utilized by other employees at the time so the door was being opened which narrowed the area of descent.
