What happened
Employee was cleaning bottles and getting rags to wipe down lunch tables. Employee walked through where the serving counters were broken down and swung hand up as she was talking and hit the metal hinge on the counter. Experienced severe pain kept raised above head while cleaning. Got ice packs and pain only increased with tingling in middle finger. Swelling redness and small scratch cannot move fingers
