What happened
Employee was exiting the craft to get zip ties and had to step through one of the access holes. There were two separate pieces of the yellow bar grating over the hole. When the employee went to step on it one piece shifted causing her to lose her balance and fall. As she started falling she tried to brace herself with her right arm. As a result she advised that her right shoulder and side started hurting after.
