Stacking unused truck rims onto pallets.

Employee was stacking unused truck rims on pallets against the fence outside the tire bay at the Hobbs repair facility. While doing this one of the truck rims contacted the chain link fence causing a portion of the razor wire at the top of the fence to fall and hang freely above and behind the employee.
