The employee was lifting a patient from a wheelchair and was supporting them while attempting to get the patient on the scale. The Pt. was wheeled to scale by spouse and me and we assisted with lifting from wheelchair while supporting the patient. Patient was unable to support their body. We continued to support and hold until the patient was seated in wheelchair
