Patient was being transferred from bed side commode to back to bed with the use of a gait belt and walker and two others help with getting him up and he decided to drop to the ground with all his weight and we had to hold onto him to stop him from hitting the ground. he was using all of his strength to push against us to hit the ground. And in the process of keeping him from hitting the ground and getting him back in bed EE either pinched a nerve or pulled a muscle in my lower back.
