What happened
I was walking from [REDACTED] to Adult 2 to get masks. The floor was being mopped and I slipped and fell. My left ankle left wrist and right side hurt after. 2 MHTs from Adult 2 witnessed the incident. I tried to walk it off but it hurts extremely bad. I am walking with a limp due to left ankle pain.
