EE was getting room ready for a new admit.
What happened
EE was in room 373 to get the room ready for the new admit. Coworker was present in room with EE EE turned around and collapsed. Her head hit the wall and then hit the ground. Coworker pushed the Rapid Response button on the wall and Charge nurse came into the room. EE was rolled over to her back with her neck stabilized placed a pillow under her head and vitals were taken which were stable. Staff called the ER to have her put in a C-Collar and backboard due to her complaining of leg and arm numbness. EE was taken to the ED to be evaluated.
