The WA slipped from another TM 's hand on the way into the box and caught the back of their right hand. At the time it did not seem injured and he did not report the injury. [REDACTED] he told the Lead it was a little sore and he iced it at home but worked all day without issue. [REDACTED] he called in for his shift and he called to notify me of the injury being swollen bruised and hard to make a fist.
