He was extricating transferring patient from the floor onto the gurney.
What happened
Due to tight space they had to pull patient out of bathroom on the mega mover. Then they had to lift the patient from the floor onto the raised gurney and he felt a pull snap. During extrication they had to roll patient down a slope and he had to counter pull to the gurney to prevent it from rolling down the hill then he had to lift and push the patient into the ambulance.
