What happened
With gloves on EE dumped cart and stepped onto platform step and truck began to accelerate. EE engaged packer blade with his right hand. His left arm was extended inside the hopper as blade came down scoop and pack trash. the packer blade caught top side of the left hand. EE pulled hand out and noticed a small cut on top. Hand became infected from exposure to garbage
