MAINT. TECH WAS WALKING TOWARD LINE 1 PICKING LINE TO CHANGE OUT SHACKLES. ON THE WAY TO THE PICKING LINE THERE WAS A 1.5 INCH ANGLE IRON MOUNTED TO THE FLOOR BY A HURST CONTACTOR

THE HURST CONTRACTOR WAS IN THE PROCESS OF BUILDING A WALL AROUND THE STUNNERS. THE TECH TRIPPED OVER THE ANGLE AND FELL ON THE FLOOR FELT PAIN. THERE WAS NO CAUTION TAPE THERE AT THAT TIME. WALL WAS FIXED LATER.
