Before the incident
TM was cutting off long shanks from undergrade chicken feet paws in the paw room using saw. Those paws piled up in a box top by the side of saw (cutting blade).
What happened
TM was spreading the pile of paws and accidently touched the cutting blade with her L thumb. This resulted in traumatic amputation of the L thumb fingertip.
