What happened
An employee was applying non-skid to the roof of a [REDACTED] on a cart. The employee fell from the roof approximately 8 feet high. His harness and fall arrest system were both used. The employee struck his head and neck on the ladder that was placed next to the roof for access. Upon standing up after coworkers assisted in removing his harness the employee feinted falling face first to the concrete. Doing so he lost teeth and bloodied his nose.
