Employee was using a degreaser to clean oil off the floor with a scrub brush.

Employee has applied soap to the area and had scrubbed it suds were visible from the camera footage. Employee crossed back over the area in which soap was applied (presumably to return to the mop bucket) and while doing so slipped. The footage shows the associate sliding before losing his footing and falling backwards. He lost control of the scrub brush which fell away from the associate. He lands on his arms first then backside. It is a bit unclear from the video but the associate reports hitting his head. Employee got up and walked to the break room at which point he called his supervisor.
