Employee was involved in a verbal altercation in the reception area with an EMT from another company here to drop off a resident. Verbal altercation pursued outside into a physical altercation. EMT punched [REDACTED] in the face resulting in bruised and swollen eye. [REDACTED] then attempted to tackle EMT they both wrestled for sometime. At some point [REDACTED] struck EMT back resulting in bloody lip. Fight stopped and police were called to the scene multiple witnesses. [REDACTED] was taken to [REDACTED] 's ER via ambulance
