Attaching the tire cart.

While connecting tire cart 8001 to a vehicle at approx. [REDACTED] it slipped out of my hand and dropped on the big toe of my left foot causing a fracture. It happened at [REDACTED] and the raining and windy conditions contributed to it slipping out of my hand. There were no witnesses that I am aware of. I was not sure it was broken so I continued my work and at approx. [REDACTED] I decided to seek medical attention since the pain and discomfort was increasing.
