What happened

With the box on top of the shipping table I pulled the bottle out of the box to verify the serial number. I had the Unserviceable tag in my right hand so I only used my left arm to lift the bottle. I moved my arm in a weird way to turn the bottle around so that I could see the serial number. I felt a little pop in my left shoulder and sharp pain around the joint.
