What happened
Employee was using a crowbar to align a pump skid frame section with another section to line up a bolt hole to fasten the two sections together. The crowbar was inserted into the bolt holes of the two sections when they were using their right hand to lower the upper section down with a crane remove control unit in this process the crowbar in the bolt hole flipped up and struck the person on their left elbow.
