What happened
two of the four wheels were locked on the rolling ladder leaning off of the ladder in the opposite direction it was pointed. Ladder began to roll forward employee lost balance and fell off of the ladder landing directly on his heels in a reclining position.

In layman 's terms broke left heel and crushed right heel. Official Medical Diagnosis: left calcaneus displaced tongue type fracture fixation - required surgery; right calcaneus ORIF - required surgery.
