What happened
I.E. was working on a folder table on [REDACTED] 4. The line was down. IE put their arm through a broken guard to check the stomper foot sensor on the folder table. The IE wiped off the reflective strip and the belts on the folder caught the back of their glove pulling the IE 's hand into the corrugator. IE sustained contusion of 1 finger and a laceration on the right forearm. IE required 5 stiches.
