Before the incident
was trying to move upper conveyor pallet back into place by using a large metal rod to push the pallet back into place at 3W003.
What happened
was using the metal rod to push the pallet back into place the pallet pushed past the hard stop which caused the part to dislodge from the carrier on the upper conveyor. This is when the piece fell and EE used his arm to protect his head from the falling part.
