What happened
Employee was clearing jammed covers in the Randel cover machine when they reached into the former and pulled out their arm they got two superficial lacerations. One superficial laceration on the right wrist and one on the right thumb with minor bleeding. The team member proceeded to the restroom to clean the laceration and apply a band aid another member was also in the restroom when the Packaging team member stated that they didn’t feel well the Packaging team member passed out and was caught by the other member.
