What happened
IE was working on [REDACTED]. The ink was low in the printer. The IE was using a new 5-gallon bucket of ink to prevent splashing IE was cutting a breather hole. The blade broke and cut the IE 's 3rd and 4th digits on their left hand. IE told their shift Assistant Supervisor what happened then drove themselves to the hospital for evaluation. IE received 13 sutures to close the lacerations.
