Before the incident
Was observing the pallet wrapping machine as it was wrapping the pallet.
What happened
employee was working on the packaging area wrapping a pallet with the shrink wrap machine. While he was working he noticed the plastic wrap was breaking in half. While trying to fix the problem with the equipment deenergized he manually pulled the shrink wrap and pinched his finger the rubber roller. The rubber pulled his skin causing a laceration.
