Employee Was Working In The Kitchen And While Washing Dishes She Was Splashed With A Chemical Substance. (It Was The Dishwasher Detergent). The Chemical Splashed In Her Left Eye And Her Left Forearm. She Was Then Brought To The Eye Wash Station Where Her Eye Was Properly Flushed Out And Her Forearm Was Cleaned. Employe Was Then Seen At The Emergency Department And Cleared To Return To Work
