What happened
I got out of the truck at the warehouse after a day of wheeling beer out in the Market in [REDACTED] I began to walk into the warehouse and noticed a sharp pain in my lower center of my back. I went home and the pain progressively hot worse in the evening. The next day after i woke [REDACTED] I could not even tie my shoes it was in so much pain. When i walk i have a sharp pain in my middle lower back that makes me want to lean to my side when i walk. Lifting any type of weight is also extremely difficult. The pain does not radiat anywhere it 's only in my middle lower back.
