What happened
Employee was putting resident into shower chair (resident 126B) employee had her test the water temp when resident said it was okay employee wet her body and grabbed the sponge added soap and went to start scrubbing her. When employee took a step closer to the resident she slipped and fell landing in the water where the chair was so employee slightly moved the chair while still hitting the metal corner sharp edge. Employee laid on the ground for a moment then for up to make sure resident was okay .
