What happened
On [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] employee was prepping the wheels on a truck that was about to be painted. While prepping the wheels the employee needed to do this task on his knees which it takes him about 10 minutes per wheel. On the day of the incident when the employee was done with the third wheel and was about to stand up he felt as if he could not unbend his left knee he could not get up he had to hold on to the side of the truck he states it took him a few minutes to be able to walk. He started to have pain on he 's left knee since then.
