On [REDACTED] employee was lifting a 40lb white ink bucket. The employee felt a pull in his right shoulder and felt soreness for the [REDACTED] of the shift. The employee thought the soreness would go away. The soreness did not go away and the employee reported the incident the next day that he was scheduled to work ([REDACTED]) Employee went to Occupation health for evaluation was seen and released with no restrictions and no prescriptions. Since the employee has been working with Occupation health trying to get the shoulder soreness to subside. [REDACTED] ([REDACTED]) the employee had shoulder surgery on his rotator cuff.
